a nice escape
attentive staff comfortable environment efficient service
i found the staff to be attentive to the finer details. the rooms were pristine with immaculate housekeeping, ensuring a supremely comfortable environment. i also appreciated the promptness of the guest services, which catered to every need with efficiency. i felt well cared for throughout my stay.
i noticed the lighting in certain corners of the room was a little dim. it made reading at night slightly difficult. perhaps brighter bulbs could improve this small detail.

the fitness center included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i noticed that the pool area had twenty loungers and a shaded section. it seemed well-kept, and the gym was equipped with modern equipment.

My stay wasn't the best. the pool area was a letdown. I saw several dried plants and the limited seating was disappointing. it felt neglected. also, i found the staff weren't always dependable. I needed to repeat requests.

neglected pool area unreliable staff
The breakfast selection was pretty generous with many dishes.
The pool area was disappointing. It was neglected with some dried plants. The space for loungers was very limited, offering only space for five loungers. I also found that the staff was not always reliable. Occasionally, I had to repeat requests several times.
